Social capital of rural territorial communities in Ukraine: problems of strengthening and directions of their solution

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to identify current problems strengthening social capital rural territorial communities in context administrative and reform with definition directions for their solution.
 Methodology / approach. paper uses general scientific methods analysis synthesis collect, process, systematize results research; abstract-logical critical – possible risks due implementation administrative-territorial reform; statistical data collection systematization; method comparisons compliance dynamics various forms potential communities; graphic visualize assessment new spatial configuration socio-territorial accumulation capital; correlation regression determine impact certain indicators development on economy induction deduction substantiate main modern conditions. 
 Results. Restrictions have been identified, which include: shadowing interaction low trust institutions, individualization behavioral strategies, growth economically inactive socially vulnerable groups, formation networks discriminatory relationships, spreading norms destructive behavior, as well that may arise communities. It established at local level has created preconditions horizontally vertically integrating capital. was found identification population Ukraine relation community negative indicates level. communities, are represented by agricultural cooperatives, farms, inter-community cooperation, analyzed it not realized yet. necessity systemic decisions achieve goals decentralization management proved. substantiated taking into account features development.
